Scope of Services
EduCore provides digital tools for curriculum planning, student information management, and interactive learning administration. The platform is offered to academic institutions as a software service, and access is granted under a subscription agreement between the institution and EduCore. We do not confer degrees, issue transcripts, or act as an accrediting body.
Institutional Responsibilities
Each institution is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered into the system, including student records, course catalogs, and assessment results. Institutions must obtain proper consent from students before storing personal information and must comply with applicable privacy regulations. Administrators are expected to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.
Acceptable Use
You may use the platform only for lawful educational administration purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the service, access data belonging to other institutions, reverse-engineer the software, or use the platform to distribute harmful content. We reserve the right to suspend access if we detect activity that violates these terms or threatens the integrity of the system.
Data Ownership and Retention
Institutions retain ownership of the data they upload to the platform. EduCore processes this data solely to provide the requested services and does not sell or share it with third parties for marketing purposes. Upon termination of a subscription, institutions may export their data within 30 days. After that period, we delete stored records in accordance with our data retention policy.
Limitation of Liability
EduCore is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to maintain high availability and data integrity, we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EduCore is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform, including loss of data or interruption of academic operations.
Termination and Changes
Either party may terminate the subscription agreement with written notice as specified in the contract. We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in the service or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated to institutional administrators at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
